Pasay City, Philippines– Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), the Philippines’ first sustainability-focused REIT, earned its first win at the Asia CEO Awards after being named the Sustainability Company of the Year 2025, standing out among 13 Circle of Excellence honorees. The recognition follows three consecutive years of being part of the Circle of Excellence under the same category. The awarding ceremony was held on Tuesday, October 14, at the Manila Marriott Hotel. 

The Asia CEO Awards, one of the region’s most prestigious business events, continues to set new benchmarks in recognizing corporate excellence. This year, PwC, the official scrutineer of the awards, reported the highest number of entries in its history—up by 11.3% from last year’s record submissions. Several categories drew more than 40 to 50 contenders, underscoring the heightened competitiveness of the recognition.

FILRT first earned its place among the Circle of Excellence awardees in 2021.
