Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), the first sustainability-focused real estate investment trust in the Philippines, has achieved another milestone in its governance journey as it receives the 2- Golden Arrow Award at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards 2025, marking its third consecutive year of recognition, the first two, being 1-Golden Arrow.

The 2-Golden Arrow distinction represents a higher governance rating compared to FILRT’s 1- Golden Arrow in 2023 and 2024, reflecting the company’s steady and deliberate mandate to improve in key governance areas.

The award is conferred by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), the domestic ranking body that implements the ACGS in the Philippines. The ACGS evaluates publicly listed companies across the ASEAN region based on international standards that promote investor confidence and transparency.
