Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Muntinlupa City – Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) celebrates Genpact’s 20th year of operations in Northgate Cyberzone, marking a long-standing partnership built on expansion, operational growth, and continued confidence in FILRT’s workplace solutions. 

Genpact established its presence in Northgate Cyberzone in April 2006 at Plaza A Building. Since then, it has expanded across several FILRT properties, including 5132, iHub 1, Vector Two, and Plaza A Ground Floor. Its latest expansion in April 2025 marked its eighth within the district.
